PartnerMesh is a B2B partner network intelligence platform that provides:
- Partner discovery and matching services
- Network analytics and insights
- Integration management tools
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Communication and collaboration features
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Prohibited Uses
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Transmitting harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Using the Service for competitive intelligence against PartnerMesh
- Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PartnerMesh and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service without our prior written consent.
In no event shall PartnerMesh, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the use of or any inability to use any portion of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to such claim.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
